With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Seth A. Smith (Farmingdale, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Smith (Murray) and Harry Smith; and his daughter Melissa. He is survived by: his siblings, Harry, Barbara, Roberta, Chris, Donna, Todd, Shari and Scott; his spouse Jo-Ellen; his daughters, Heather and Carrie; his sons-in-law, James Strain and David O'Connell; and his grandchildren, Melinda and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Seth's memory to the Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Research fund or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, reflecting his hope that cancer cures are found.
