He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Thomas and Melissa; and his grandchildren, Mark, Thomas Jr., Gianna and Dylan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Kilian's R. C. Church (485 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
