He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Lewis and Scott Lewis (Kristin Andersen); his grandchildren, Jessica Smith (Dustin), Michael, Megan Lewis, Erin Nagle (Jonathan), Kevin Lewis and Julia Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Wyatt Smith, Eleanor, Maxwell, Isabel and Matilda Nagle; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Lowe (Tammy) and Donna Hoffman (Rick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and cherished cousins.
