He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Karen Wicks and Edwin Wicks; and his parents, John R. Campbell and Margaret Campbell (Lloyd). He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell; his sons, Jason Campbell and Eric Campbell; his brother Allan Campbell (Nancy); and his pets, Phoenix and Maggie. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
