He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonardo Turano and Caterina Turano; his wife Maria Turano; his sons, Leonard Turano (Kimberlee) and Charles Turano (Denise); his grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Maria, Juliana and Kathleen; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Evelina and Olive.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (50 Granny Rd, Farmingville, NY 11738). An entombment will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727).
