“I was a client of Frank's at Home Depot. i came in to ask for help designing a kitchen and found Frank to be kind, patient and extremely competent. I was struck by the way he took his job so seriously, even after having spent all those years at Chase (yes, we had time to talk as he designed away on his computer). I spoke with him several times via phone as I struggled to make decisions on my cabinets. I was sure he had heard the same silly questions hundreds of times but he didn't show it.”
