He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne Burns; his sister Jacqueline; and his parents, Thomas Burns and Betty Burns. He is survived by: his wife Ann Burns; his daughters, Melissa Burns DiBona and Megan Burns; his stepchildren, David D'Amico (Teresa), Jonathan D'Amico (Anja) and Elisa Daigle (Jason); his sister Barbara Bostic; and his grandchildren, Thomas (Adair), Caroline, Katrina DiBona, Griffin, Caverly, Torin Monahan, Alexander, Sebastian Daigle, Sienna, Matteo, Giavanna and Dante D'Amico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (4112 E Genesee St, De Witt, NY 13214). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
