David John Milback Obituary
The memory of David John Milback of Fayetteville, New York, who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his wife Catherine A. Milback (McDermott); his children, Laurie Milback of Fayetteville, Dr. Stephen Milback (Cindi) of Pennsylvania and Dr. Christopher Milback (Barbara) of Michigan; his sister Susan Connor (Tom) of Seneca Falls, NY.; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Tim, Sr., Mary Isaiah (Ella), Charlotte, John and Lucy Milback. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel (7191 E Genesee St, Fayetteville, NY 13066). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (400 Salt Springs St, Fayetteville, NY 13066).
