He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jaconski and Mary Jaconski (O'Connor); and his parents-in-law, Donald and Sarah Tiffany. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jaconski (Tiffany); his children, Chad Jaconski (Cindy) of Manlius and Ann Jaconski of Fayetteville; his grandsons, Chase and Colton Jaconski; and his brother Thomas Jaconski (Gail) of Watertown. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
