Sivack; his sons, Kevin and Brian (Andrea); his grandchildren, Garrick, Liam, Nora, Elyn, Jackson and Gabe; his siblings, Jerry Miller (Kathy) of Fort Collins, CO and Marilyn (Mel) of The Colony, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Denis Sivack of Brooklyn, NY and Stephen Sivack (Debbie) of Altamont, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
