He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tobin and Mary Tobin; his children, Laura and Christopher Tobin; and his siblings, William, Eugene, Kay (Dowling), May, Patricia, Cecilia and Frances Tobin.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tobin; his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Tobin; his daughter Lisa; and his son-in-law Edward Maslak. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
