He is survived by: his brothers, Michael, Phil and Jim Rayhill; his children, Joan Marie, Brian Rayhill (AnneMarie) of Darien, CT, Patti Tonnesen (Paul) of Southlake, TX and Joni Eshom (Ray) of San Francisco, CA; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Meaghan, Harry Rayhill, Cali, Amanda, Brittany Tonnesen, Maxwell and Ray Eshom.

A man deeply committed to his community, Leo served as president of the American Cancer Society, and coached Little League baseball and basketball for many years.
