He is survived by: his daughters, Molly Loh (Greg) and Jane Chase (Joel Florczyk); his grandchildren, Emily (Brian Beattie), Stephen (Kate), Maggie, Sam Chase, Annie (Jakob Cunningham), Susan and Nancy Loh; his great grandchildren, Reese Beattie and Jace Cunningham; his siblings, Sam Chase of Whitefield, NH and Sarah Chase of Arlington, VA.; and his caregivers, Carie, Elaine, Jackie, Lisa, Mimi, Peggy, Shi and Steve.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel (7191 E Genesee St, Fayetteville, NY 13066). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (106 Chapel St, Fayetteville, NY 13066).
