He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Evans and Mildred Evans; his wife Jeanne; and his brothers, Owen and Thomas Evans.
He is survived by: his son William O. Evans, II of Fayetteville; and his sister Laura Briggs of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
