With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Jeanne Irwin (Fillmore, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Balfour Mills and Lenora Green Mills; her husband Kenneth Thomas Irwin; her brothers, Bernard Mills, Lowell Mills Sr. and Stewart Mills; her son Robert Irwin; her sisters-in-law, Louise Y. Mills, Monica Mills and Roberta Mills Pomeroy; and her nieces and nephews, Ronald Mills, Thomas Mills, Lynn Mills VanScoter and Lydia Mills.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie and Barbara; her brothers, Alan Mills (Judy) and R. Craig Mills; and her grandchildren, Jenn Frazier Smith, Stacey Irwin, Kenneth Frazier, Jamie Irwin, Danielle Irwin McCoy and Marleah Irwin Stout. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
