It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Brown of Fishers Landing, New York, born in Little Falls, New York, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Elnicky and Mary Elnicky (Yaworsky); and her brother Michael Elnicky. She is survived by : her husband Maynard; her children, Sharon Brown-Burns (Neal Burns) of New Hartford, Maynard III and Ronald Brown of East Herkimer; her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown of Cape Coral, FL, Ericka Caliguire (Corban) of Seven Lakes, NC and Maynard Brown IV (Rose Harris) of East Herkimer; her great grandchildren, Valor, Avay, Cruz and Stella; and her brother John Elnicky of East Herkimer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations in memory of Joanne may be made to the East Herkimer Fire Department or the Fishers Landing Fire Department.
