He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Piciacchio and Irene Piciacchio (Yevchak); and his brother-in-law Bill Puhak. He is survived by: his children, Justin and Vanessa; and his siblings, Louis (Sharon), Janet Puhak and Celeste. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
