He was predeceased by: his father Walter Chudkosky; his brother Nicholas Chudkosky; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Chudkosky, Gail Weisbrod and Kenny Szumlak.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Szumlak; his children, Chistopher J. Chudkosky (Bella) of Union City and Lora Chudkosky (Michelle Walsh) of Wappingers Falls; his granddaughter Kaylee Giusti-Chudkosky of Wappingers Falls; his siblings, Kathleen Frascatore (Paul), Michael Chudkosky, Walter Chudkosky and Steven Chudkosky; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Chudkosky, Delia Chudkosky and Michael Weisbrod.
