Eleanor Hunt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor Hunt of Fishkill, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Eleanor shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eleanor farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nasi and Lucille Nasi; her former husband Hasbrouck Norris; and her husband Paul Hunt. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia (Dennis Henderson), Jeanette (Jeffrey Simko), Ruth (Rodney Hetsler) and Fern (Dean Johnston). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
