She was predeceased by : her parents, Ramon Rodriguez and Rosa Julia Vazquez; her husband Porfirio Del Toro; her daughter Maria Del Toro; and her siblings, Amparo Rodriguez Pabon and Efrain Rodriguez.

She is survived by : her children, Emma Del Toro of Bronx, NY, Porfirio Del Toro, Jr. of Connecticut, Ruth Del Toro Mendez (Edwin) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Jose Antonio Del Toro (Milagros) of Bronx, NY; and her siblings, Anibal Rodriguez (Rosa) of Cabo Rojo, PR, Ramon Rodriguez of Mayagüez, PR, Alicia Rodriguez Ramos of Mayagüez, PR and Nelly Oneida Rodriguez Valle of Mayagüez, PR. She is also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
