He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGinnis and Elizabeth McGinnis (Fee); his wife Mary McGinnis (Downey); his daughter Marnie McGinnis; and his siblings, Pat, Mary and James.
He is survived by: his daughter Eve Kunkel (Ed); his grandsons, Logan, Sean and Tristan; his siblings, Frances Henneberg (Roy) and Michael McGinnis; and his brother-in-law Peter Downey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
