He is survived by: his sons, Javier Jay Rodriguez of Hyde Park, NY. and Jovani John Rodriguez of Hyde Park, NY.; his parents, Yolanda Campa of Poughkeepsie, NY and Jose Juan Rodriguez of Puerto Rico; his sister Anell Smith (Michael Smith) of Wappingers Falls, NY; his nephew Justin Smith of Wappingers Falls, NY; the mother of his children Loretta Kelly Rodriguez of Hyde Park, NY; and his aunt Nereida Mendez. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
