He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Batis and Josephine Batis (Betancourt); his wife Eileen; his daughter Denise Batis; and his grandsons, Colin and Shane.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Mc Call, Christopher Batis, Liz Romero and Steven Batis; his grandchildren, Gianna Russo and Patrick Fatzinger; his great grandchildren, Carter Fatzinger and Mia Fatzinger; his siblings, Michael Batis, John Batis and Rae Batis; and his adoring aide Linda Biasi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
