He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Batis and Josephine Batis (Betancourt); his wife Eileen; his daughter Denise Batis; and his grandsons, Colin and Shane.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Mc Call, Christopher Batis, Liz Romero and Steven Batis; his grandchildren, Gianna Russo and Patrick Fatzinger; his great grandchildren, Carter Fatzinger and Mia Fatzinger; his siblings, Michael Batis, John Batis and Rae Batis; and his adoring aide Linda Biasi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
