He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Carvalhido and Angelina Carvalhido (DiPippa). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Carvalhido (Brittany) of Baton Rouge, LA and John Carvalhido (Marie) of Breezy Point; his grandchildren, Dane, Ian, Penelope and John; and his brother Michael Carvalhido (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
