He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Primrose and Eileen Primrose (Sheehan); and his brother Harry Primrose. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Welch (Victor) of Scott Township, PA; his granddaughters, Charlotte and Grace Welch; his brother Gene Primrose (Deirdre) of Wappingers Falls; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Primrose (Victoria), Matthew Primrose, Megan Primrose, Andrew Primrose, Robert Primrose, Christopher Primrose and Anne Primrose.
