He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Belardi and Anna Belardi (Martinelli). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis DiLeo Belardi; his sons, Louis Belardi (Janet) of South Salem, Jimmie Belardi (Donna) of South Salem, John Belardi (Beverly) of Carmel, Richard DiLeo (Christina Zipparo) of Poughkeepsie and Robert Belardi (Terry O'Connell) of Lake Tahoe; and his grandchildren, Bella, Gabby, Anthony, Nick, Ana, John Jr., Candice, Sara, Wyatt, Coleman and Reed. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
