She was predeceased by : her parents, Matthew Filipovich and Genevieve Filipovich (Trevazon); her husband William F. Lewandowski; and her daughter Ann Macrillo. She is survived by : her children, William Lewandowski (Jackie) of Spring Hill, FL, Barbara Lewandowski of Fishkill, John Lewandowski (Barbara) of Newark, VT and Jim Lewandowski of Palm Coast, FL; her son-in-law Christopher Macrillo of Poughquag; her grandchildren, Brian Lewandowski (Semaj), Courtney Bongard (E. J.), Christa Lewandowski, Lisa Lewandowski (Jeremy), Tara Amore (Michael), Michael Lewandowski (Sabrina), James Lewandowski and Alan Macrillo; and her great grandchildren, William, Lucas, Logan, Evan, Cari, Noah, Shaun, Micah, Everleigh and Marley.
