He was predeceased by: his brother Sergeant Daniel DiDato. He is survived by: his fiancé Pina Libertella of Fishkill; his parents, Robert DiDato and Edvige DiDato (Miniaci) of Hopewell Junction; and his brother Robert J. DiDato of East Fishkill. He is also survived by many cousins; countless friends; and brothers and sisters in law.
