She is survived by: her sons, Steven Hoffman of Nanuet, NY, Jeffrey Hoffman of Port Orange and Paul Hoffman (Lesley) of Fishkill, NY; her grandchildren, Ryan Hoffman, Brittany (Jonnie Tublewicz), Mary Elizabeth Hoffman and Lauren Hoffman; and her great grandchild Emmy Hoffman.
