He was predeceased by: his wife Prattana Chiwawiwatsatean of Patrick's Church; and his parents, Milan Kostrna (Mike) and Irene Kostrna (Timar). He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Kostrna, Jr. of Rochester and Gabriel I. Kostrna of Highland Mills; his sister Cindy Kostrna of Fishkill; his mother-in-law Siriporn Chiwawiwatsatean of Thailand; his sister-in-law Bunny Narawat (Sitt) of Staatsburgh; his nephew Tim Narawat of Staatsburgh; and his aunt Mary Sessa of Brewster.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba Church (835 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Denis Cemetery (604 Beekman Rd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533).
