With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Raymond O'Neil (Fishkill, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond O'Neil and Mildred O'Neil (O'Brien); and his sister Jean Brennan. He is survived by : his wife Norma Zennia Hansen; his children, Carolyn (Michael Miller), Raymond O'Neil and Donna (Henrik Ibsen); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Colin, Emma and Emil; and his great grandchild Theodore.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Dutchess County SPCA.
