He is survived by: his children, Alana Chiarenza (Mark) of Rochester, NY and Cameron Duke (Megan) of Hornell, NY.; the mother of his children Lyn Muxworthy; his grandchildren, Miles, Leo and Jagger; his brother Oak Duke (Susan); his nephews, Oak Duke (Shelley) and Ethan Duke (Dana); and his great-niece Ava.
