He was predeceased by: his father B. Neil Carr; and his brother Gary Carr. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Carr (Missi) of Jamestown; his mother Joanne Taylor Carr (Taylor) of Randolph; and his siblings, Steven M. Carr of Randolph, Dale W. Carr of Randolph and Amy S. Hill of Randolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
