He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Deville; his stepfather Stephen Deville; and his uncles, William and James Garrigan. He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Garrigan (Allison) and Joseph Garrigan; his pet Duke; his grandchildren, Emery and Tucker Garrigan; his sister LeeAnn Nolte (Chris); his former wife Tina Garrigan; and his children, Rory, Megan Larocque and Chelsey Sponable. He is also survived by family, he has many aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
In true Joey fashion, with his heart of gold, he gave the gift of life through organ, tissue and eye donation.
