He is survived by: his wife Cheryle Paro Baker; his children, Kathleen DeRuscio (James) of Middle Grove, Robert Baker (Barbara) of Amsterdam and Chad Baker (Brenda) of Gloversville; his siblings, Cecil Baker (Carol) of Tribes Hill, John Baker (Caroline) of Tampa, FL and Mary McInnis (Gene) of Palm Coast, FL; his grandchildren, Jesse Richardson, Kyle DeRuscio, Alicia Morin, Dylan Baker and Alexis Shepard; and his great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
