She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Mazzella and Frances Ambrosio; her brothers, Louis Mazzella and Camillo Mazzella; and her sister-in-law Janet Mazzella.

She is survived by: her daughter Lucille Jaramillo; her granddaughters, Christina, Mary and Francesca; her sister Theresa Raccioppi; her nieces and nephews, Kim Raccioppi, Carl Mazzella and Jennifer Mazzella Santelli; and her great-nephews, Camillo Louis Mazzella "CJ" and Nicholas Camillo Santelli. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: The Alzeimer's Foundation of America. Ozanam Hall Geriatric Foundation sent to Gail O'Donovan in the development office.
