“Chris, I can't believe it's been almost 6 years since you're gone. I want to thank you for being my friend, for making me laugh and for just being a bright light. You are responsible for getting me to my first Islanders playoff game (one of the greatest nights of my life). Each time we hung out was filled with more laughs than I can count. Getting you to laugh so hard that you'd snort still rings in my head. I miss ya, my brother. I'll see you again. Sending much love to you and your loved ones.”
