Elda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph C. Montano; her children, Vincent Montano (Maryellen), Linda Montano (Veronica) and Joseph Montano (Patricia); her grandchildren, Vincent, Kerry, Gregory, Jill, Katie, Daniel and Laura; her great grandchildren, Michael of Emma, AJ, Ayden, Christopher, Hailey, Timothy, Sophia, Alex, Samantha, Gabby, Cristian, Joey, Anthony and Marlee; and her sibling Nydia Natale.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Kevin's RC Church (45-21 194th Street, New York, NY 11358). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Mount St. Mary Cemetery (172-00 Booth Memorial Ave, New York, NY 11365).
