He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Efrosini; his daughters, Maria Panagioulakis (Niko), Christina Sifounious (George), Joanne Vazouras (Tommy) and Kathy Karavassilis (Ari Lampos); his son-in-law Elias Karavassilis; his grandchildren, George (Jackie), Steven (Constance), Billy, Effie (Chris), Anastasis, Alexandros, Yiorgios and Elena (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Maria, Niko, Vasili, George, Nicholas, Alessia and Elias.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church (196-10 Northern Blvd, New York, NY 11358). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Flushing Cemetery (200-06 46th Ave, Flushing, NY 11358).
