He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Sam. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory (Naomi Sam) and André (Jacqueline Sam); his grandchildren, Melissa, Kristen, Jasmine and Jett; and his great grandchildren, Angelo, Vito and Romía.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415).
