With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Fazio (Flushing, New York), who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maurice Realmuto and Mary Realmuto; her husband Vito; her daughter Laurie Ann (Jim); her grandchildren, Sabrina, Alisa and Paige; and her great grandchild Freya. She was also cherished by sisters, many nieces and nephews and two godsons.
