She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Nugent and Henry Nugent; and her siblings, Nancy and Joseph. She is survived by: her husband John Klemmer; and her brothers, John Nugent (Sheila) of Seattle, WA and Gerard Nugent (Kerry) of Floral Park, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Madeline's memory to either the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the National MS Society.
