It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Simone Rouzier (Flushing, New York), who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Lafontant and Simone Lafontant (Huttinot); her husband Carl Rouzier; her sons, Carl Jr. and Daniel; and her brothers, Raymond, Edouard, Jacques and Frantz.
She is survived by: her daughter Martine Rouzier Gambino; her children-in-law, Paul Gambino and June Li Rouzier; her grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella (Drew), Jack (Eden) and Mia (Calum); her sister-in-law Simone Labrousse Lafontant; and her godchildren, Reginald Lafontant, Nancy Audain Allen and Caroline Serrano Lafontant. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Monette loved flowers; however, if you prefer, you may make memorial donations to one of her favorite charities.
