She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent A. Lally; and her son Jeffrey K. Clark. She is survived by: her children, John R. Clark (Nellie) of San Diego, CA, James L. Clark (Mimi) of Newtown Square, Joseph G. Clark (Linda) of West Chester and Betty Ann Simmons (Scott) of Media. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
