With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Theodore Petras of Flushing, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Theodore left this world on December 12, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughter Alexis Petras; his son-in-law Robert Costello; his son John; his daughter-in-law Helen Petras; and his granddaughters, Renee Katis, Stephanie, Alexandra and Christina Petras.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church (100 Fairway Dr, Port Washington, NY 11050). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Nassau Knolls Cemetery (500 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050).
