In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Venita had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Venita may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She is survived by: her sons, Theodore Lorras (Terri), Steven Lorras (Linda) and Paul Lorras (Liana); and her grandchildren, Melissa and Nicholas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church (196-10 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A burial will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Flushing Cemetery (163-6 46th Ave, Flushing, NY 11358).
