It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Trigg (Fonda, New York), who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father John D. Trigg; and his brother Jerry Bishop. He is survived by : his mother Betty J. Armer of Broadalbin; his friend Sherman Tile Assoc; his wife Lori Trigg of Fonda; his children, Bradley Trigg (Leah Ellers) of Amsterdam and Shawna Trigg (Ryan Buckman) of Fonda; his siblings, John "Pat" Trigg, Eric Trigg (Gabby Ellers), Brian Bishop of Galway, Melody (Michael) of Maryland, Pennie Caton (Karl) of Maryland, Kathy Trigg (Will) of Berne and Dawn Funk (Dennis) of Broadalbin; his niece Nicole; and his great-niece Gloria Shaffer. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Though I haven't seen him since our teen years, and being his neighbor and growing up with him and his brothers- He was always a pleasant person to be around. “I’m so sorry to hear of Shawn’s passing. We were childhood best friends and I have many many memories of playing in the neighborhood, on “the old bumpy road” between our houses, in the corn fields, in the sand dunes, or in the garage. It has been so many years and we lost touch, but I remember him from this time as a gentle soul. We laughed for hours, rode bikes over makeshift ramps, and played. My deepest condolences to the entire family. Ted Neal and family.”
