She was predeceased by: her parents, Luz Mario Diaz and Dolores Ramirez (Lolita); her husband Dr. Rafael A. Montan; her son Mario; and her sister Carmen Ana.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia (Anthony Zaccaria) and Rafael (Nancy Jacome); her grandchildren, Rafael Enrique, Daniel Andres and Ana Veronica; and her sisters, Toñita, Maria Teresa and Vidalina. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and the many friends.
