She was predeceased by: her husband Stepan Pavlutskiy; and her parents, Avraham Levenzon and Lea Levenzon (Indurskaya). She is survived by: her children, Irina Birnberg (Emelyan) and Volodymyr Pavlutskyy (Halyna); her grandchildren, Ilona, Nick, Yuriy and Andrei; and her great grandchildren, Volodymyr, Stas and Artem.
