“I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Ney. He shared so much with me as my daughter's neurologist at Westchester Institute for Human Development. Our appointments lasted longer than the allocated time because we enjoyed listening to each other and how we can both help my daughter. He went beyond his responsibilities and I'm grateful to have known him. May he rest in peace.”
